The mindful path to work.
For people who do not want to wait until retirement to enjoy the working day.

Balance is not a schedule. It is a practice.
Work-life balance is usually sold as a calendar problem. Block the time, protect the evening, leave at six. Useful, and nowhere near enough. What actually changes the working day is presence, which is a practice, not a boundary.
Forty-four lessons, one idea
That you can bring your whole attention to the work in front of you, communicate without armour, lead without performing, and go home with something left. This course is the long, unglamorous version of learning how.
Who this is for
- You are good at your job and quietly depleted by it.
- You have tried the boundary advice and it did not touch the actual problem.
- You want to be present at work, not just efficient at it.
- You lead people and you would like to lead them as yourself.

Do I need a meditation practice already?
No. Nothing here assumes prior experience. If you already have a practice, this is about carrying it into the working day, which is the harder part.
Is this a stress management course?
Partly. Stress and resilience are two of the seven modules. But the wider aim is presence and meaning at work, not just coping with the absence of them.
How long is it?
Around seven hours across 44 lessons, the longest of the six courses. Self-paced, with lifetime access.
I lead a team. Is this useful for that?
Yes. Two modules deal directly with mindful communication and mindful leadership.
