How long does the course take?

About five hours of material across 31 lessons. It is self-paced, so most people work through it over two to four weeks, one module at a time. There is no schedule and no expiry.

Do the worksheets come with it?

Yes. Every module has accompanying worksheets. They are the part that does the work, so they are included, not an upsell.

Is this a live course?

No. It is entirely self-paced. You get lifetime access to the recordings and worksheets and you work through them in your own time.

What if habits are not really my problem?
